Is there still hope?

2 Empty sacs at 7w0d (we have another scan next week) 
4w0d hcg - 157
6w Hcg - 28200
7w1day Hcg - 72000
Is there any hope with my Hcg still rising a bit or is that just a cruel tease? Does it usually rise with empty sacs anyway?

I’d say your probably a week and/or  a few days off, I found out that I am off/ behind by a week. but it did match up with the days we had sex soo? Other statement is in my first pregnancy had very high levels of hcg but it was a blighted ovum pregnancy and I miscarried naturally at week 9ish.  First ultrasound was at 8 weeks and there was no fetal pole.  My ultrasound looked like yours minus the twins. But before you assume that I’d lean towards you being behind a week which can be very normal from what I’ve read,

You may be earlier along than you and your dr think. With twins your HCG will be higher than normal and you can find out earlier that you're pregnant. Usually if you're going to miscarry your HCG levels dont continue rising. I went in for an US at almost 7 weeks and they only saw the sac also but said I could be just earlier along.
