Time window for combination birth control
I’m on Junel Fe and want to know more about the safe time window to take the pill. I always take my pill between 10-11:45 pm (so not always at the exact same time each day, but within a 2 hour window). On google it says that there’s more flexibility of the time window with combination birth control, and Planned Parenthood says that I’ll be protected as long as I take the pill each day. I still feel like it has to be taken at relatively the same time though? Does anyone know what the window is for the pill to still be effective?
