So frustrating!

Aside from not being able to achieve vaginal orgasms I’m finding out that no matter how turned on i am i don’t stay wet 🤦🏼‍♀️ it’s really starting to become frustrating as i am only 29 and i don’t take any meds that would interfere . I have the paragard iud. And have never had an issue getting wet or staying wet. I’ve had the iud for a year. So annoying considering i really love my boyfriend and even when i was with someone else for 12 years I’ve never felt as if i loved someone they way i love him. Send help!!!! 😩
