Breastfeeding : how can I stop my snacking baby??

So I'm a home stay mom and my 3 months old baby is snacking during the day so he breastfeed for like 5 min and an hour later he eats again but for another 6 min.. and sometimes I don't want to give him the breast right away but he cries until I give it to him.

And at night he is driving me crazy before bed he has a long feeding session. But he is waking up every 1(if I'm lucky 2h) h to eat and he just drink for 2 min 😭 if I let him cry but he keeps crying until I give him the breast.

I'm a first time mom and please any tip advise I will be happy.

He has a routine of naps during the day and he goes to bed at a good time .

I'm so exhausted please any advice 😣

He always did it but now I'm so tired and he doesn't want to take a bottle with breast milk.
