Stomach pain

I had a uti at my first prenatal app.. I was 8 weeks 5 days.. I had no symptoms and had never had one before. Today I am 14 weeks and the past 3 days I have had lower stomach pain. Not cramping but actual pain.. it started out as random sharp pains. But now its one sided and constant. Again not cramping.. could the uti have came back. My urine does seem a bit cloudy
