Unwanted pregnancy possibility?

I am currently 16 and my period is very irregular. But usually around the week that I should get it I at least see symptoms of a period. But I am 6 days late with zero symptoms! I’ve had sex with my boyfriend recently, but we used protection! So I don’t know I’m freaking out a little bit and I don’t know what to do. I don’t want to tell anyone because I’m scared and my parents would freak. But I need help! what do I do? Is there any way I could tell if I’m pregnant this early?
