Heart palpations early pregnancy sign?!?

Has anyone ever had heart palpations as an early pregnancy sign? Ive been having heart palpations for the last two days. I work in the emergency room so I had one of the other nurses help me with an ekg which came out normal and I then talked to one of our docs about what was going on. So the doc was asking me all these questions and I was telling him no haven’t been sick, don’t smoke dont drink, I’m not pregnant but trying he said well then maybe you are. Apparently heart palpitations are a sign 😱 so I was just curious if anyone had this happen.
