Hcg levels

So, my doctors office is closed for the evening, and I got my second hcg back. The first one was 79 on Monday and today it was 293. I’m scheduled for another count on Saturday. Is this a good rise for being only 4 weeks along? My last pregnancy ended in miscarriage so I will admit I worry overmuch.
