Gripe vs Ovol - OPINIONS!!

Hey everyone. My newborn (1 month) is suffering with what I think is trapped gas. She's able to pass gas daily and her stomach isn't hard but sometimes she cries while pushing it out. I've been going back and forth between wondering if she has silent reflux or just a buildup of gas. I do want to mention that she hasn't made a bowel movement in almost a week but she is a breastfed baby. She eats on average about 2 and 1/2 ounces per feed and I do make sure to burp her each time only the odd time she doesn't burp. She is constantly uncomfortable and I don't know how to help. About a week ago we started giving her probiotic drops which I thought was helping but the fussiness has not went away. Before I go out and buy another product I also want to mention that I tried the boiron product as well and it only seems to give very slight relief if nothing at all. I have a doctor's appointment on Monday so we'll be bringing up then but I am just hoping to give her some sort of relief in the next few days so I'm curious as to what product you think would be best fit for my scenario.
