Hard lump above belly button

I am 22+4 plus sized Mum. For last month I have a hard lump above belly button it's not sore just annoying as I have a strange looking bump I have a flabby bottom half of stomach and hard upper tummy and my navel dips in so from the side looks like letter B. Anyone else got a hard lump? I'm starting to worry!
