Wondering if I'm pregnant?

I never check opk's because me and my boyfriend literally have sex every single day, but I was predicted on this app to ovulate may 30th. TTC baby number 2, and have been trying for the past 4 months. This will be month 4. It's too early to test as I'm only (predicted) 8dpo, but for the past 4 days my boobs feel so incredibly wierd. My nipples are sensitive and somewhat numb to the touch, and both hurt (especially in the morning when I wake up). Usually around my period I have one boob hurt but rarely ever both and my nipples have NEVER been sensitive. I'm so confused. Do you guys think I could be pregnant? any advice or feedback or past experiences help!!! Thanks guys!!!
