Body image ðŸ˜ðŸ˜…
Ya’ll see any difference?? I tried to recreate the photo I took just over a month ago...wearing the same shirt at least.
I’ve been doing CrossFit 5-6 days a week and eating about 90% paleo since I took the top photo. I feeeeeeeel a million times better but sometimes I think I look great and others I’m like I haven’t lost any weight ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
Even when I was 135 I still didn’t think I looked good and so now that I know I’m over weight I can’t tell if I’m losing 😅
Top is like 6ish weeks ago, middle is today and bottom was like a year ago and what I’m trying to get back too. Just for reference
