Anybody familiar with postinor 2 or any morning after?

So I have sex with my bf on the 25 /26 May and took postinor 2 on the 28th of May. Today is the 7th and I feel so bloated my breast are swollen and tender and I got slight needle like cramps. I took a pregnancy test out of panic because this is so not normal for me and the test said negative although it’s too early as my next expected period is the 15th. I’m not seeing any implantation bleeding or anything like that.Can this be effects of the pill even though it’s like a week since I took it or could I be experiencing early signs of pregnancy?
