Late!!!!

I am late on my period. By four days now. I have been super regular the last 6 months. I took a test and it said negative. I am having brown discharge. I am also regularly naseous. So what are the chances and when can I call down and stopped taking tests?

Also, I am on the Implant. I haven't had a regular period in maybe 7 years and out of nowhere I was super regular. Could the implant have run out of juice? I don't know. And the Planned Parenthoods in my area are low on providers so I can't go in for another two weeks. 😭
