Scare today!

So today at work, I almost passed out. I'm a nurse and I got super hot, sweaty and the room started to spin. Thank goodness my manager is basically like a Mom to all of us and swooped in before I knew what was happening and took me to the ER. I got IV fluids and they did a NST. Baby was doing great. However, I was having contractions every 3 to 5 mins. They gave me more fluids and the contractions stopped, thank goodness! I'm only 33w4d! I got discharged with strict instructions to do nothing this weekend and drink a ton of fluids. They did not tell me not to go back to work, but the thought of this happening again scares me!
