Anyone else??

Been ttc for over 2 years and just found out we have male.infertility. no sperm in his semen, and just today he had hormone and genetic testing to see if hes a carrier for CF and if he even has a vas deferens. Praying he does but has anyone else gone through the next step of this? I didnt think we'd go straight to 
IVF
  😭 and I'm stressing on the inside.

It's a hard road. We spent so much on Fertility meds for myself before we knew my husband had Azoospermia. He did genetic testing and it all came back normal. However his testosterone was very low. Dr wanted to push ivf and MTese. I read about clomid helping increase count if there is a hormonal issue. With his testosterone being so low I pushed the urologist to try it. He did and in one month my husbands testosterone increased from 169 to 500. We have another semen analysis and blood work scheduled for 9/3 to see if sperm returned. I just keep praying and hoping it's that simple.

My partner was diagnosed with azooapermia, no idea of the cause. We have just done IVF and he had MTESE to see whether they could find anything. Unfortunately they didn't but we had a back up just in case as we knew our chances were 50/50. Using donor, we received our beta with bfp on Friday. We are both so excited, my partner more so I think. When we were deciding what to do re back up, someone said to us are you having kids to bring someone into the world hlwho is biologically yours or is it that you want to be parents and  raise kids. That hit home and we chose the donor route.

We were told after a failed vasectomy reversal that  IVF is our only option as well with no sperm in semen.  We are hoping for sperm retrieval with a procedure called a TESE.

So my husband and I understood that he had low numbers but never really knew what exactly that meant as far as actually getting pregnant until we saw our RE. He told us IVF is our ONLY option and I was completely shocked! I never imagined we would only have the one option to conceive a biological child.

Husband has sever male-factor, Asthenozoospermia, 1% Motility 1 Million Count. We were told to do IVF right away. So far IUI is not an option but we’re seeing if Urologist can figure something out and raise his numbers. 10 years, 4 with medication but no luck 💔 Don’t give up hope though! It only takes 1

We were told SO sperm is dead and by the tone of the Dr voice I'm not sure if IVF will work. I asked for results and idk if I'm reading them right or not but looks like she didnt even do the test. We have decided we are going to a urologist who specializes in Male infertility. I would get a 2nd opinion just to make sure.

Oh my gosh. We just got the EXACT same diagnosis. His first sperm analysis he had 4 million sperm. His second one has 3.4 million. And his third one (only a few months apart from his second one) he only had ONE  sperm. 
He’s at the doctors today to have hormone bloodwork, genetic testing, and to get a referral for urology for a physical and ultrasound. It is definitely a scary place to be in. And it’s so hard to figure out how to best support him through this. He said he feels really emasculated by it all and that he’s broken. 
It’s nice to feel like we’re not alone in all of this. Here for you in you need anything.
