Please help!!!! I don’t know what this is!!

So I masturbated through my clothes (didn’t orgasm, but I never do so it’s not weird) and I pull down my pants to pee like 15 minutes later and this is waiting for me. It’s really brown, and you can barely see it on the toilet paper, but it’s really clear in my underwear if you compare it to the other white flowers on my underwear.
