Had one with my first daughter who was only 6lbs 5oz. It was more internal stitches than external, only could see about 2 stitches externally.

I’m freaking out though and wondering whether I may have difficulty pushing this baby out (Due in Sept) due to scar tissue from the episiotomy?

My question is:

If you had an episiotomy for first birth, did this impact your 2nd birth in any way and did you require an episiotomy again for #2?
