Any formula on the market has to pass the same regulations. I substituted when on a tight budget and it worked out perfectly. Some babies are more sensitive and may spit up, but should be fine.

Yes. We used generic and it was the best thing for our son. Everything else constipated him.

My pedi recommended using generic first since it’s all basically the same and a lot cheaper. 
I have aid from WIC so I’ve always have used Enfamil but if I didn’t have it I would have used generic
