stool softener

i know this is tmi but the constipation is ridiculous , i’m 39 weeks and trying to use the bathroom while constipated basically having a 7lb baby in your lap the whole time is really hard 🤣🤣🤣 i know some moms know where i’m coming from , do y’all have any advice on anything that’s easy on the tummy but will make it easier to go ??
