Morning sickness 2 days after implantation?

Anyone else? When should I test?
I believe I implanted because of the very light spotting and timing of everything. Obviously I'm not 100% sure, but I have a strong feeling

If implantation did occur, it usually takes several more days to start to feel symptoms. Your hormone levels need to rise before symptoms kick in. 
I wouldn’t test any earlier than 10 DPO.

How do you know you implanted? It usually takes a few days for the hormones to build up which causes symptoms. I’m not sure.
