Am I in labor?

First of all this is my 4th pregnancy, but I've always been induced. I've been dilated to 2cm for the last 3 weeks and have had contractions daily but irregular for a few weeks. Today I am 38 weeks 5 days. I have felt off today. I took two naps during the day and this evening have taken 2 long hot showers due to bad back pain. My back really hurts. Earlier my contractions were 10 mins apart for several hours and now are less frequent. Not sure what to do.
