Back labor ? 24 weeks pregnant

Question

I have severe lower back pain . I tried changing positions ,took a shower ,walked around nothing is helping . I feel crampy in my lower stomach bt I don't have no discharge. Should I take a Tylenol see if it goes away or what should I do ?
I'm high risk as well since I'm type 2 diabetic and have cholestasis plus I have placenta previa if any of that matters

I went to the hospital a couple days ago for this exact problem. In 26 weeks and an high risk as well. They gave me three Tylenol and a heated blanket for my back and I was good in an hour!

I had this a couple of weeks ago x I feel your pain! It’s horrible all I did was have a heat pack and had someone press on my back as well when the pains came on
