Fertility and new relationships

A while ago I contracted chlamydia from a cheating boyfriend. Since then I have been so fearful of infertility. The doctors told me I did not have pid and I have psychosomatic pelvic pain due to the traumatic experience of it. They did an ultrasound which was normal and I had several pelvic exams where I did not feel pain. We’ve since broke up and I’m moving on, my question is do I tell future boyfriends that I had chlamydia in the past and I’m worried about my chances of conceiving?
