Cheeks flush randomly

Do anybody else’s cheeks randomly get super hot and super red? I am 36 weeks and 3 days and this has been happening for probably 10 weeks, and my doctor knows about it but doesn’t seem concerned. I was just curious if anybody else was experiencing it. I can feel my heart beating in my ears, my cheeks get super red and hot and my forearms get red. I check my bp during these episodes and it’s always normal for me (a little high as I have hypertension and am on nifedipine). My heart rate has been high a few times I’ve gone in, and the first time it happened it turned out my thyroid (hypo) was overcorrected and too low so she lowered my meds. Anyone else??
