Advice from military wives

So my fiancé is going on his first deployment for 6 months starting October and I am crazy nervous. There’s going to be a 7 hour time difference and he’ll be working so much I’m nervous about keeping up good communication while he’s gone. I know it’s going to be hard and we’ve both talked a lot about it. Neither of us are concerned about breaking up, but it’s the loneliness, anxiety or feeling insecure. Any advice from other people in military relationships would be greatly appreciated:)
