What's the best probiotic to take!?

I second kefir but there is also water kefir which is more like juice, not dairy at all. Also raw brand is an excellent probiotic pill form. I drink a lot of kombucha also which is full of probiotics.

KEFIR. Hands down miracle in the dairy isle. I was in the Anyenatal unit (high risk for premature labour) between 22 weeks and just until 28 weeks (yeaterday) my doctor, in addition to medication for short cervix, suggested I drink 500ml of this a day. It tastes like plain drinkable yogurt, but now U can also get it in differnt flavours. It's AMAZING because of its nutritional value to mom and baby, as well as its ability to regulate bowl movements, keep stomach acidity down( heart burn anyone) and promote healthy bones , development and growth for the lil one. I take bioceuticals pregnancy probiotic. If you take one a day it helps maintain your immune system but if you take 2 a day apparently it can have effect on your baby and prevent dermatitis and eczema for them
