30 yr old ttc first.... Confused

So... I've always been overweight and was told I couldn't have kids because of it. Had the gastric sleeve done to increase chances. My period started a normal 26-31 day cycle. Well it's normal for me. Been ttc for six months.... Period came a week early this month and it was weird, not red, more of brown and lasted 3 days..... Bought PregPrep and started as directed. According to glow, I'm fertile now. But for the last two days.... I've been getting nauseous if I don't eat, so tired, mild cramping and slight breast tenderness. Idk if it's my mind playing tricks or if I should wait and test when the app tells me to.... Ughhhhh....
