32w and 5 days should I go to the doctor tonight or wait a few days?

- last night before I went to bed my back was hurting but not like it was throughout my pregnancy it was different 
-when I woken up to pee and layed back down it started back
- I feel him move mostly under my belly or close to my belly button 
 - a few cramps but is not consistent

There’s no reason to go to the doctor. Everything you described is normal of pregnancy during the third trimester and none of them mean labor is close or coming.

I’m the same 32 weeks 4 days. I was told Tylenol and I tried a hot bath with some epsom salt and it helped! At least enough to help me sleep better. My doctor said it’s because the babies are shifting down and getting ready for labor.
