Should I keep quiet or be honest

The truth is that I lied to my boyfriend, I told him that i have a child and that child is my sisters child . I really love him an i am afraid that if I decide to tell him the truth i may hurt him .. he will think everything I said is a lie including my feelings about him

Pls help should I tell him or not
