How to keep the medicine down?

My 10w old finally started taking her liquid Ranitidine but this last dowse she decided to spit almost all of it out 🤦🏻‍♀️ so now she’s screaming at the top of her lungs. She sometimes takes a pacifier but not always, so that’s why I’m reluctant to try a one of those medicine pacifiers... any advice? Also since it’s so liquify she tends to choke on it no matter how slow I give it to her

Try to give her it in a bottle of formula/breast milk just the medicine and a tiny bit of the either or. Don’t wanna over do the liquid that’s mixed with the medicine because it can dilute it n won’t work as good!! Hope this works good luck :)

Gently blow on her face after you give her the medicine, she should swallow it. Works for my son.

My daughter takes Ranitidine as well and while she is drinking her bottle I just slip the syringe in the side/corner of her mouth and push it in while she’s sucking. She barely notices. If I give her just the syringe by itself she spits most of it out.
