FOR WOMEN WHO STRUGGLE WITH IRREGULAR PERIODS

Ladies!!! I need to share this with you all. I got my nexplanon birth control removed in January and have been ttc since then. Before nexplanon i had very regular periods. When i got it removed, my period was no longer regular, which makes it hard to conceive. My last period was over 30 days late. I was getting very discouraged because i was late for my period but was not pregnant and couldn’t get answers. Finally, i read about women taking vitex supplements. I was skeptical but decided to try it. I took 900mg twice daily FOR TWO DAYS AND I FINALLY HAVE MY PERIOD!!!! Vitex is also supposed to promote fertility and help with PMS symptoms, and also promote more regular periods. I am very hopeful and I have my fingers crossed that I’ll conceive this month. Thank you Vitex! Has anyone used this supplement and became pregnant?
