High coverline help.

So I’m pretty sure I ovulated yesterday (cd 16). I had a drop in temp that day and then it rose today. I also had a positive opk on cd 15, the day before the temp drop.

However, my coverline is real high. As you see, the 2 days before my temp drop I had high temps (cd 14 and 15) but this was because I was unwell. Ive got a chest infection and I had a slight fever those days.

Should I change those temps to lower if it will mess up my coverline or just leave it as it is?
