Things to do with newborns in the summer??

Question

Let me clarify : I live in Georgia . 
It gets HOT-hot in July . Humidity shoots up and it gets unbearable outside . Usually in the summer we don’t take my husbands son outside much. I have heat induced asthma so I’m a weenie. 
Indoor playgrounds were are go to last summer but the amount of germs inside those places 🤢.... honestly I’m going to do my best to breastfeed. 
Anyone have any cool ideas? Bonus points if you can actually name some places in Atlanta .

Stay inside and rest up for your toddler years! 😂 My daughter was born in early June and we live in Florida. I really only took her around to family and friends houses. When she was a few months old, I started taking her to the free mother goose story time at the local libraries. If I were in Atlanta, I’d check out the aquariums annual passes. I know the ones here have something for kids on a few weekday mornings.

It depends on the newborn ages. But if you have a backyard just get a kiddie pool and have you and baby relax a bit. I wouldn’t want too much heat and sun exposure on my kids and my little one for too long. The most we’ll do is water parks or sit on our stoop and eat ice cream come back inside with the AC. I live in NYC so there’s BARELY any shade
