How can I wake up in a better mood ?
I have a 2 month old and a two year old. He doesn’t fall asleep until about 9. He wakes between 5-5:45 am
I feel bad because every morning I hen he wakes me I’m instantly annoyed and in a bad mood. I just need more sleep but that’s not possible at the moment with the baby.
How can I wake up in a better mood ? Something I should do the night before?
I feel bad also bc then I’m so tired all day even with coffee and have no energy to play with him or take him outside (he does get out though 3 days a week he goes to half day daycare)
During the week my husband is gone from 530am until 6 or later. On weekends we both get up with my son sometimes he sleeps in I literally never sleep in bc of the baby. She wakes when her brother does
Please help this sleep deprived mommy
