low hcg level

I found out I was pregnant, two days ago (Friday the 7th), took 5 pregnancy test. Two digital, 3 regular ones. All positive, pictures of those are below. I’ve done nothing but have constant abdominal pain, sharp pain, cramps, and lower back pain so bad I can barely walk. Can’t get comfortable. I have a light pink discharge each time I use the bathroom, especially in the morning. Dizzy, headache. So I went to ER yesterday, and they confirmed I am pregnant but my hcg level was 195. They said I’m either very early in pregnancy, or could be miscarying and I have to go back tomorrow to get more blood work to see if my hcg is rising or falling. Any opinions, advice, information????
