Help! Best Time to take birth control?
Hi! I am taking birth control pill; combination pill. I take it at 11:30 PM everyday.
Is there a better time to take this? Or 11:30 Pm will do?
Sometimes I take it at 10:30 PM or 12 AM. Because I read online that you dont need to take it at the exact time but should take one everyday.
Am I doing this right? Thanks
