Dream🌌

So I’m a 15 year old high schooler and I have had weird baby fever lately, it is in no way the right time for it but I keep having very very vivid dreams of me being pregnant and having a baby girl and she’s the most beautiful thing and I wake up and I can’t tell what’s reality. If I actually have my little girl or not. When I finally come to reality and realize I don’t i end up sobbing and I keep like worrying maybe I am pregnant because this guy I’m with we have sex a bunch and we’ve had condoms come off in the middle of sex or break, we even had sex once without one but he didn’t come inside me. Idk I’m kinda worried but slightly happy and I notice myself unconsciously touching my stomach or checking to see if I’ve gained weight and I’m very confused. Does anyone know what might be going on?
