Letrozole false positive?

Question

Sooo can letrozole give you a false positive urine pregnancy test? Lol sounds funny I know but I’ve read no but my doctor is trying to tell me it can? I’ve literally had like 8 positive urine test at home which are getting darker....but my blood test yesterday was a 2....so I’m super confused on what’s giving me a positive urine and progressing and getting darker but my blood was negative? I only see evaps no color on those lines. A 2 on a blood test is negative, anything under 5 is negative. Letrozole and clomid can give you false positive opks but shouldn’t give you false positive hpts.

It's not chemically positive that a estrogen-blocker made to force your body to produce amounts of estrogen would make you produce hcg.

False positive really only happen if you have kidney issues and cannot pee out the hcg that occurs natural in body so it builds or use a hcg medication (like the trigger shot).  Both situation you would be aware of before testing.  Leterzole suppresses estrogen and is on in your system for a few days after the last pill. So your former doctor is an idiot.
