Please help!
After my chemical pregnancy a couple of months ago my cycle changed from a 40 day cycle to a 50 day cycle. My ovaries hurt like crazy today today. When I discussed it with my gynae she said it’s a sign of ovulation. According to my calendar I should be ovulating today as well but when I took an ovulation test it was negative. Could this just be my PCOS acting up?
