Urologist for Male-Factor Infertility

If, or when, your spouse/partner was referred to an Urologist by the Reproductive Endocrinologist due to poor semen analysis results, what did they do for him?

My husband has sever Male-Factor Infertility (specifically Asthenozoospermia & Oligospermia) & we will finally be seeing the Urologist tomorrow in hopes that they can help determine an issue or prescribe medication to help raise Husbands numbers. I would love to hear some stories on what the Urologist did for your significant other, and what the outcome was?
