Can you feel the baby at 8 weeks pregnant?

I think I just felt my baby move it felt kinda like they describe movement in early pregnancy, like a gas bubble but I know it's not that and it was like right where my belly button is. Could this be my baby moving?

Its probably shifting going on due to the pelvic area expanding. I couldn't feel my boy until 17 weeks
