STD question

The first time I had sex was 2 years ago and he didn’t cum in me. He was tested and was clear — we didn’t use a condom. I never felt anything after that. I used a condom my second time having sex (different guy) and this was in January and I didn’t feel anything immediately. April I felt itchy but no bumps, burning, or really anything but itchy and slight discomfort. It went away and then came back briefly and I haven’t had it [the feeling] since. Could this be an STD? I haven’t had the time to go get tested. I want to think it was just me not washing well but the back of my mind is just idk my anxiety really kicks in
