Faint positive first response but negative digital help!

Hello , so I’ve been really stressed out lately and I just want answers if anyone can help me from experience. I took a pregnancy test for the reason I have felt bloated and moody with slight nausea sometimes and it came out with a faint positive. One line clear and the other one faint . 3/4 days after my period that’s why I’m confused. Also I take them and the line just stays the same doesn’t get any clearer. I have a doctors appointment next month just to see what’s going on. I took a digital first response test but it says I’m not pregnant another reason I’m confused. I need some advice 😢
