❌TMI❌ rash on hands and soles of feet??

So I went to the drs 3 days ago bc this rash started to pop up and it feels like burning pins and needles. They feel numb but all I feel is excruciating pain.

She said my second degree sunburn that I got two Saturdays ago somehow got infected and it spread to my hands and feet. She gave me antibiotics and creams but this rash will not stop spreading. It’s now on my stomach.

Can anyone tell me what this really is?

Bc it’s getting to the point where I can’t walk and typing this is a struggle bc my fingers are so painful.

I can’t go back to the drs till the 21st as I don’t get paid till then.
