Could I be pregnant ???

My boyfriend and i were messing around and now I'm wondering if I could be pregnant. My peroid is over a week late and I'm freaking out. We did not have sex, but he was fingering me and he had pre cum. I was touching him down there. He had shorts on but there was a wet spot ... I was also laying so I face him and so we could touch . I have not taken a test, but do u think I could be pregnant? I'm freaking out !
