Tampon beginner
I tried my first tampon today and I have no idea if I put it in right. I have heard that it’s supposed to be painless. Well I am definitely not pain free and I did notice that my tampon is leaning more towards the right. Is that normal or did I insert it wrong? I am open for suggestions as to how to insert it as I am not even sure if I did it right. How long can one wear a tampon?
