Ramzi theory is basically just guess work- people are only going to get it right 50% of the time because there's no actual science behind it. So it's just as accurate as any of the old wive's tales for determining the sex of the baby.

I’m pretty sure that in order to even guess we would need to know if the picture was from an abdominal or vaginal ultrasound. So many people guess yet that info wasn’t provided to the answers wouldn’t be accurate whether the theory is true or not. 
Abdominal US the picture is flipped, in order to see the left vs right side accurately. Correct me if I’m wrong I just looked into this stuff a few weeks ago.
