High cervix, Not Ovulating: Advice

According to Glow, I ovulated on the 11th. My cervix has gotten higher and softer since the 11th. Today, my cervix is high, soft & my discharge is clear & smooth, but with white little specks in it. I just took a opk & it came back negative. How long did it take you guys for your cervix (if you monitor it) to drop back down after ovulation? I’ve read online that it could take several hours to several days..I know all women are different. But curious what you women experienced?! TIA.
