Spotting or masturbation problem??
So yesterday I had some “me time” and I started to bleed afterwards with slight cramps. The bleeding wasn’t like a period, it’s sorta like spotting mixed with cramps. I’ve never had cramps when I’m spotting. (I’m 9 days away from my period). And my spotting yesterday lasted for a day ended at night but it started again today afternoon. My normal spotting lasts about a day. What could I have done?
